You can delete your GP Predictor account yourself, from inside the application, at any time. This page explains exactly how to do it, what is erased, and what we deliberately keep. GP Predictor is operated by A.O. Clubul Sportiv FORMULA, a non-commercial association registered in the Republic of Moldova.
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in and open Settings → Profile.
- Scroll down to Delete account and press the button.
- Confirm in the dialog that opens. The deletion runs the moment you confirm.
How you confirm depends on how you sign in. If your account has a password you can still use today, you confirm by typing that password. If it does not — because you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, or because you are a long-standing member whose imported password predates our move to the current method of storing passwords — you confirm by typing your own email address instead.
What is erased
Confirming destroys the following, in a single step:
- your name, email address and username;
- your profile details, including phone number, date of birth, city, country and anything you wrote about yourself;
- your password, together with your two-factor secret and recovery codes;
- your linked Google, Facebook and Apple accounts;
- your linked Telegram and Messenger accounts, the conversations held with our bots, and the records of the bot commands you sent and the bot messages we sent you;
- any password-reset link still outstanding for your address, and all your active sessions, so that you are signed out everywhere;
- your own activity-log history.
What remains
We will not claim that everything disappears, because it does not. Your past predictions, bets and results stay in the historical standings under an anonymous label and are no longer linked to you. They stay because removing them would rewrite finished seasons and change the placings of the members you competed against.
Records of administrator actions are kept as well, so that an account cannot be used to erase the evidence of how it was administered — your personal data is stripped out of those records first. We also keep a single entry recording that the deletion was carried out, which names no one and holds no personal data. Nothing left in the anonymized record leads back to you.
It is immediate and irreversible
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the button yourself, write to policy@formula1.md from the email address registered on the account and we will carry out the deletion for you. We reply within one month.
Write to the same address if you are asking on someone else's behalf — for example a parent asking us to remove an account created by a child under 16, the minimum age for holding an account. Tell us the email address on the account so that we can identify it.
If you only want to disconnect a provider
Deleting the account is not your only option. If you simply no longer want Google, Facebook or Apple attached to your account, open Settings → Connected accounts and disconnect that provider there. Your account, your history and everything else stay exactly as they are. You can disconnect any provider as long as you keep at least one way to sign in — a password or another connected provider.
Backups
Erasure applies to our live systems and takes effect there immediately. Backup copies are not edited: they age out on their own rotation and are overwritten in the ordinary course.
