Before every Grand Prix you submit a prediction — the finishing order of the top drivers. After the race, each pick is scored individually based on how close it is to the actual result.
When predictions open and close
How to submit
- A main-race prediction fills 10 positions (P1 through P10).
- A sprint-race prediction fills 8 positions (P1 through P8).
- Each driver may appear only once in a single prediction.
- All slots must be filled before you can submit.
How scoring works
For every pick we compute the offset — the absolute difference between the position you predicted and the driver's actual finishing position. Points for that pick come from the table below.
Main race points
| Offset | Points |
|---|---|
| 0 (exact) | 25 |
| 1 | 18 |
| 2 | 15 |
| 3 | 12 |
| 4 | 10 |
| 5 | 8 |
| 6 | 6 |
| 7 | 4 |
| 8 | 2 |
| 9 | 1 |
| 10 or more | 0 |
Sprint race points
| Offset | Points |
|---|---|
| 0 (exact) | 8 |
| 1 | 7 |
| 2 | 6 |
| 3 | 5 |
| 4 | 4 |
| 5 | 3 |
| 6 | 2 |
| 7 | 1 |
| 8 or more | 0 |
Drivers who do not finish
If a driver you predicted does not appear in the final classification — retired, crashed, disqualified — that pick scores 0 points, regardless of the position you gave them.
Example
Your main-race prediction (first five shown):
- Max Verstappen
- Lando Norris
- Charles Leclerc
- Oscar Piastri
- Lewis Hamilton
Actual result:
- Max Verstappen
- Charles Leclerc
- Lando Norris
- Lewis Hamilton
- Oscar Piastri
Your scoring:
- Verstappen — predicted 1, actual 1 → offset 0 → 25 pts
- Norris — predicted 2, actual 3 → offset 1 → 18 pts
- Leclerc — predicted 3, actual 2 → offset 1 → 18 pts
- Piastri — predicted 4, actual 5 → offset 1 → 18 pts
- Hamilton — predicted 5, actual 4 → offset 1 → 18 pts
Standings
Your prediction points are totaled across the season. Three views are available: main-only, sprint-only, and overall (sum of both). If two players finish on equal points, the one who registered earlier ranks higher.
Good luck, and see you on the grid.
