These terms govern your use of GP Predictor, a free Formula 1 prediction competition operated by A.O. Clubul Sportiv FORMULA, a non-commercial association registered in the Republic of Moldova.
No money is involved
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Creating additional accounts to gain an advantage is not permitted.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You may register with an email address and password, or sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple.
Fair play
The competition only works if everyone plays it the same way. The following are not allowed:
- Operating more than one account, or predicting on behalf of another member.
- Automating predictions or bets, or accessing the site through scripts or bots other than our own.
- Exploiting a defect in scoring, deadlines or odds rather than reporting it.
- Abusive, harassing or unlawful content in display names, league names or messages.
Deadlines and scoring
- Predictions and bets close at the deadlines published on each race page. Late entries are not accepted.
- Scoring follows the published rules. Results are final once entered.
- We may correct results and re-score a race when official classifications change or an error is found. Standings may change as a result.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit — display names, league names and similar. By submitting it you allow us to display it within the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Availability
The service is provided free of charge and as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your own account at any time — see the Data Deletion Instructions.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. When we change them materially we will update this page and announce the change in the application.
